The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, close to the city center and many attractions. It is situated in a nice quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern facilities including a well-equipped bathroom. The staff provides excellent service, giving helpful recommendations and making arrangements to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, with a self-service kitchen available.
One downside is that the breakfast options may not suit everyone's preference, but there are nearby cafes offering freshly baked croissants and great coffee.

This property exceeded my expectations. I’ve stayed in lots of apartments but never seen one this organized. Everything you need in terms of facilities and the breakfast laid out for self-service. Room was comfy and quiet. It’s also in a good location so we walked back from the Vatican City after some exploring. Will definitely book again!
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The property had a great location near popular attractions and good transport links. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. I also liked the common area where I could help myself to tea and coffee anytime.
The walk to some tourist sites was quite long and the cobblestone streets could be difficult to navigate. the breakfast options were limited and could use more variety.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming bed & breakfast. The location was perfect, close enough to all the main attractions but still peaceful and quiet. The room was beautifully designed and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home. One thing that really stood out was the personal attention from Manuela, who went above and beyond to make our wishes come true. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like some noise from the street and the shared apartment setup, we highly recommend Tinkerbell for its cozy atmosphere, excellent location, and attentive host. we would definitely choose this place again for our next visit to Rome.
